Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing project work plans.
• Delegating working assignments to team members.
• Managing day-to-day operation aspects of a project and scope.
• Effectively applying our methodologies and enforcing project standards.
• Performing quality assurance procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
• AutoCAD experience is required.
• The ability to manage both field and office operations.
• The ability to manage multiple projects across a wide variety of surveying facets.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proven ability to work with co-workers and managers.
• Requires little supervision, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adopt company standards quickly.
• Must be able to withstand the elements of the outdoors and dress appropriately
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass background clearances for government jobs and have a clean driving record.

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Hours may vary as we offer a flexible work environment. 

We are hiring for multiple skilled and motivated professional licensed surveyors to join our team! The salary range is $85,000-$125,000 per year and reflects the potential compensation for these roles. Starting salary will be based on relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
